I.C. Parish Picnic: Saturday, September 11, 2021
We are pleased to announce that we are able to celebrate as a Church Community and welcome everyone back to Immaculate Conception. You are cordially invited to the Immaculate Conception Parish “Welcome Back” Picnic on Saturday, September 11 at 6:00 p.m., following the 5:00 p.m. Vigil Mass in Church.
Our welcome back picnic will feature hamburgers, hot dogs, sausage with peppers and onions, and a variety of side dishes! We are asking for volunteers to set-up, cook, cut watermelon and clean-up. Please click below for the sign-up sheets or check in the main entrance of church.
Ticket price is $5.00 per person, with 18 and under free! Please see below for the form to register. We also have raffle ticket sheets. Take a chance on this year’s raffle prizes, which include a ladies watch from Cazenovia Jewelry, a youth bike from I.C. School, a Chick-fil-A Gift Basket from the Szatkowski Family, Gift Certificate to LeMoyne Basketball Camp with Steve Evans, a Ring Doorbell from I.C. Church and more! Raffle tickets can be purchased for $1.00 each or get 20 for only $15.00.
Please mail the included form, raffle tickets and payment to Immaculate Conception Church at 400 Salt Springs Street, Fayetteville, NY 13066, or place them in an envelope and drop in the collection basket during weekend Masses.
Food Sales and Raffle Tickets may also be purchased in the Rectory Office, Monday through Thursday from 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. and after weekend Masses.
