Faith Formation Grade Entering*
Class Request
FayEl, Mott Road and Wellwood students will be registered to attend weekday classes. Students who attend other schools will be registered for Sunday classes. If you wish to change this selection, please indicate your reason below. This will be handled on a case by case basis depending upon availability.
Volunteer Information
We are always in need of additional teachers, substitutes and adult helpers. Please prayerfully consider helping out. Please select one of the ways listed below if you can assist us.

Fee is $50.00 per child for IC Parishioners, maximum of $130.00 per family (3 or more) $60.00 per child for non-parishioners, $160.00 per family (3 or more) Registration is due by August 25th.
